Consumers of culture (and anything really) are quick to find a bone to pick, especially given the convenient arm’s length created by the internet.
While Shigga Shay‘s music video for What’s Wrong has been regarded as “so sexualised” by a minority, we think it’s all a matter of perspective, and rather telling of what viewers look out for. What we see is a series of visuals only befitting of Shorya Music’s refreshing take on Shigga’s signature spiel.
Hit play and soak up the spellbinding sight of towering ridges, psychedelic skies, unfussed gestures and a neat dose of sensuality in the form of actress Carla Dunareanu.
