Building up to the freaky Halloweekend is some explosive excitement for the Freqender Festival – Singapore’s first and only music festival freakshow featuring global acts hot off the international stages covering electro, trance, house, techno and everything in between!
Hot Chip (UK), Doorly (UK) and 2MANYDJs (Berlin) are among the most anticipated artists in a stellar lineup snaking through the wee hours of the Freqender’s first night. Not forgetting regional acts such as Indiego (Malaysia) and Aldrin (Singapore) that’ll make us feel right at home in this mish-mash party with a personality. There’s even a sideshow going on in the smaller backroom of the 18,000 sq ft soundstage, and here’s the lineup for it:
After tearing up the festival grounds with a kaleidoscopic carnival on opening night, the show must go on. Partygoers can expect a world-class visual display that matches up to the tunes of Glowinthedark (Netherlands), Morgan Page (US) and WolfPack (Berlin), entitled Mekanika by God-skitchen. Featuring a projection-mapped sculpture consisting of two sections, one will have to be present at this experiential extravaganza to truly understand what it means to take dance to stratospheric heights this Halloween.
