One of the lyrical masterminds of the 90s underground hip hop scene, Talib Kweli will be heading to our shores this October.
Known for working with Mos Def as one-half of Black Star and as Reflection Eternal with producer Hi-Tek. Kweli has had a long accomplished 20 year career having worked with just about everyone from Kanye West, Pharrell Williams to J Dilla and Madlib. He is still going strong by releasing conscious thought-provoking music, films and books through his independent platform, Javotti Media.
Presented by Kilo Lounge Thursdays and Collective Minds with support by DJs JNR & Drem (Matteblacc), tickets are already on sale via iGo. Advance tickets are still available, however early bird tickets have already been sold out. Do not sleep on this, it is a night not to be missed!
