The Ladies Night at Kilo Lounge on Thursdays brings the freshest cuts of all that is Hip Hop, Trap and Dancehall music from the old school to what’s poppin’ today. DJ Justo (Canada) and local circuit hustler DJ Nez (Senja) provide a cross section of neck snapping beats, funkiness and soulful sounds. Ladies receive a complimentary cocktail from 11PM to 1AM and all the boys enjoy 1-for-1 of Sapporo beer, wine, house pour drinks and cocktails under $20 from 10PM to 1AM.

Friday 30TH November – Studio Tropikana | Matty Wainwright & Mark Hope – From 5.30PM To 1.30AM
Potato Head Singapore’s rooftop is arguably the nicest spot for a drink in Chinatown. Backed with quality music on the weekends, Friday evenings sees a rotation of DJs carefully curated by The DJ Dispensary providing a dosage of Balaeric beats, House and Disco. Saturday 1ST December – White Label & Ginga! Radio Show Present AL:X & Senja – From 8PM To 12MN
After his first presentation in Singapore at Sub City in a set alongside Dan Stezo that caught the imagination of the bass heads in the house, AL:X (Skalator Music/Cooltrain Crew), producer and DJ from Portugal is back for a monthly residency at White Label Records.
For this instalment – AL:X, with 18 years behind the decks has shared stages with the biggest names in the game such as Dillinja, Goldie, DJ Marky, Ed Rush and Calibre just to name a few – will share the booth with Senja (Revision Music/Sub City) a DJ who mixes in many styles of high quality music from down tempo beats, classic Hip Hop & Bass Music. Senja cites musical influences through a diverse selection where quality and timelessness are vital. In the past 8 years, he has been spinning around Singapore’s night life circuit, plus playing one off DJ sets in Bangkok, Bali, New York and Kuala Lumpur.
On the microphone, MAS1A the Far East Empress, with a new album fresh on the streets will bless us with her amazing Ragga-Hip Hop vocal style.
This is one night you don’t want to miss, expect Liquid Funk, Jungle, Deep Beats and Basslines. If it’s good, it will roll.

Sunday 2ND December – Tropika 1ST Edition – From 2PM To 11PM
Tropika is a homegrown brand focused on global music, art and film that aims to connect socially conscious individuals. Through curated events centered around the themes of inclusivity, sustainability and wellness, Tropika hopes to spark conversation and action amongst attendees.
For their first edition, they are throwing an outdoor party within the lush greenery of Fort Canning Park on the 2ND of December 2018. Keeping to the park’s natural environs, you will be treated to a diverse array of musicians, wholesome food stalls as well as inspiring talks at Fort Gate, a remnant of a historic fortress that once protected Singapore from sea-borne attacks.
The music program from 2PM includes headliners Daniel Haaksman (Man Recordings) from Germany as well as Gabriele Poso (BBE Records) from Italy presenting his Organik Trio. A stellar Supporting Singaporean line-up includes experimentally sampling and dancing duo NADA, Beatroot Ensemble featuring Mohamed Noor (Percussion) and Munir (Guitar), Polymorphism by poet Deborah Emmanuel and Syndicate Singapore’s sound designer Kiat and Darker Than Wax chieftain FUNK BSTRD.
Two panel discussions moderated by Nyshka Chandran will kick off proceedings from 11.30AM to 3PM, and will touch on topics such as creating safe spaces in urban landscapes for creatives, plus a discussion on why cities should invest in emerging music cultures.
Kids below the age of 12 years old pay $15 cover at the entrance on the day of the event.
Prices for adults at the entrance on the day are $45.
