Friday 8TH February – The Council presents Hidden Spheres (Lobster Theremin) – From 10PM To 3AM
The Council is not letting up with booking diverse and eclectic DJs off of the house music genre, and Friday sees Manchester based producer Hidden Spheres play a DJ set Upstairs at Headquarters on Boat Quay. With tracks released on labels such as Distant Hawaii, Lobster Theremin and Rhythm Section since 2014, his sound is part dreamy while still reinterpreting tropes of dance music, from acid lead lines to jacking beats to balaeric pads. Launching his Label Fruit Merchant last year, he continues to push outwards, and towards more tropical sounds merged with tribalistic dance floor hypnotism such as his Wonders of the Rainforest EP.
Cover charge is $25 all night and there will be no entry to Headquarters after 2.30AM without a valid entry stamp.

Friday 8TH February – Kilo Lounge presents Chaos In The CBD (NZ) & Sivanesh – From 10PM To 3AM
On the same night, Singapore’s electronic music landscape will also be treated to Chaos In The CBD from New Zealand. Fusing classic house and jazz, the duo’s music also appeared on similar labels as Hidden Spheres, in Rhythm Section with the Midnight In Peckham release in 2015, which led them to relocate to the vibrant South London music scene. Their established sound helped them start their own label, In Dust We Trust and has cemented their position as mainstays in underground house music. We at Revision Music highly recommend hopping between Kilo Lounge and Headquarters to catch both theses acts on a Friday night in Singapore.
Presale tickets going for $20 here.
