Aliwal Urban Art Festival ’16 and its first skateboard art exhibition

We’re witnessing the approach of the tip of an iceberg named 2016 – and we like what we see. For starters, Singapore Art Week, taking place from 16-24 January, opens with Aliwal Urban Art Festival, one of the most vibrant and boisterous affairs we’ve been to time and again.

While every room on site is utilised for workshops (this time it’ll be in basic remixing and zine-making) and live performances by Cesspit, Take Two, Dru Chen and What Is Hip, the outdoors is bustling with DJ’s on deck and the sickest skateboard action.
