Singapore Cocktail Week is in full swing now, and luckily for some of us who haven’t been able to make the festivities since last Saturday, the party’s yet to even begin!
Luxury vodka, you say?This beautiful beverage is handcrafted from single estate wheat and manually distilled in an authentic 1921 copper still, which lends it purity, a rounded aroma and silky mouth feel.
The Elyx House promises imaginative experiences like the Elyx Kombi Van (!! What about this doesn’t sound enchanting already), a miniature train carrying Elyx cocktail shots, as well as their own jazzy speakeasy band closing the party on 19 March.
Exclusive Elyx cocktails will be served up by only the best people for the job – Gareth Evans, internationally acclaimed and Absolut ELYX Global Brand Ambassador; Monica Berg, who represented Norway in World Class Bartender Of The Year 2013 and emerged as top five among 20,000 participating bartenders; and Irwan, Bar Manager of Potato Head Folk.
Oh, and expect pineapples. Lots and lots of them. Cocktails served in brass pineapples, a pineapple ice structure which will be carved from; because the fruit signifies hospitality, which is what Elyx stands for without being all too serious.
Bespoke copper bracelets are up for grabs if you share a copper punchbowl with your friends; we don’t suggest having that all to yourself.Elyx House awaits from 6pm-12am every night from 16th-19th March.
